Ottawa Biofuel is a great local company that transforms used cooking oil into diesel fuel.
They’re currently running an Indiegogo campaign in order to update their equipment and expand their production.
They also make wonderful glycerine soap.
Even if you’re car-less, like me, it’s worth helping them out even for the 1 or 5 dollar pledge. You’ll be doing something good for the environment and helping out a great company.
