L’arc de Triomphe

On our first full day in Paris, we took a guided tour of the city. We’re so glad we did this – there was no way we could drive, with all the random one-ways and aggressive drivers, and taking the subway to all these locations would have been exhausting. Instead, we had a driver who took us to the major sights of the city and was allowed to park for short periods of time and take pictures of us in front of incredible landmarks like this one. We didn’t go into any of the places we saw, but it was incredible just to see the outsides.

Cool shot

One of my favourite views from the cruise on the Seine was at the end of the tour. There is a miniature version of the Statue of Liberty, and the tour boat did a 720 degree turn so that we could see it with the Eiffel Tower in the background. It was stunningly beautiful at night.

Apologies for the blurriness. I guess you’ll just have to go and see it for yourselves! 😉

Space Jam!

Daffy, Bugs, and Babs stopped by to pose after winning their game against the Monstars.

This picture makes me SO happy.

Hope to see you this weekend at Ottawa Comic Con 2019!! Come by booths 2606-2608 for free coffee samples and, if you’re in costume, a photo-op with the Travelling TARDIS!

Tumblr Keith and Lance

These two show up often on my blog. No apologies here. They worked hard on their costumes! Keith (@incaseyouart) and Lance (@gilove2dance) – links to their twitters

The flower crown that Keith is wearing is a Tumblr thing.
