Disney dresses
I love seeing character cosplays with a twist. These beautiful dresses for Ariel and Minnie definitely caught my eye. I would wear these on a regular day!
Lion
This Paris statue reminds me of Aslan and Lucy from The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. Maybe it was the inspiration for it?
Thirteen
It was so great to see cosplays of the thirteenth Doctor at Ottawa Comic Con this year. I think I need her shirt.
Arch of Beauty
We saw so many beautiful carvings, statues, arches, and other works of art just…out. In the middle of the city. It was incredible.
Mal
One of our daughter’s favourite movies is “Uma Mal!”, otherwise known as “Disney’s Descendants”. She calls both the first and the second this, so it’s always a surprise which one she pulls out of the bookcase. to watch (PS the third is coming out this August!)
So when Mal came to our booth, of course we had to grab a picture of her.
The Louvre
I knew that the Louvre was considered one of the biggest museums of art in the world, but I wasn’t prepared for just HOW big that meant. We couldn’t see the full size of the building on this day, but the Seine cruise the night before really showcased the immensity of the building.
And this? This is just the entrance.
