This Luigi and Mario (complete with star staff!) look so great, and their costumes look super comfy. They look like they stepped out of a video game!
The Little Mermaid
I thought it was super cool to see both Ariel and Vanessa walking around the convention together.
Eddie Munson
Eddie is a super fun character to cosplay. As my sister, @gilove2dance, said, “I will never again be this cool”.
I disagree. She’s plenty cool just as herself.
Cat Furry
I saw this cat multiple times during the convention and every time was blown away by this costume. I didn’t ask whether there was a name to go with it, and now I’m disappointed in myself.
Hook
Although Hook himself isn’t in this picture, these characters are all from that incredible movie. I wanted to shout out “Ru-Fi-Ohhhhh!” at the top of my lungs, but I controlled myself.

Luka
It’s no secret that I ADORE Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir. One of the characters is just so cool that you can’t help but adore him whether you like the show or not. That would be Luka, the super laid back, guitar playing, sage-advice giving big brother of one of the girls in the main group’s class.
I was really excited to see this cosplay, right down to the Jagged Stone tee.
Nott and Caleb
Veth Brenatto changed her name to Nott the Brave during the adventure when she was transformed into a goblin. Caleb Widogast, wizard, is her travelling companion.
They are both from Critical Role.
Owl House
I am in love with this staff and the purse is adorable.
To be honest, I have not seen Owl House, but this costume stood out for me even though I did not recognize it.
Banjo and Kazooie
There’s a super cute video game called Banjo Kazooie, where Banjo the bear carries his bird friend Kazooie around in a backpack, which is a perfect fit for this family. The skirt was made by the mom, and is themed to match, but I didn’t manage to get it in the shot, unfortunately.
